
A graduate of Louisiana State University, Barbara has throughout her professional
career successfully created, developed, deployed and directed growth plans for
individual businesses, projects, programs and associations utilizing strategic
marketing principals. As an economic development professional, she has worked to
increase bottom lines for corporations, associations, member businesses and
communities. Having lived in many states, Barbara brings to MONUMENT
established national investor/developer/design/engineering/ contacts in commercial
and industrial construction, as well as multi-statewide, regional and local involvement
necessary to most effectively support marketing and branding. She was elected
Pioneering Woman of Southeast Texas in 2008, and has served as:
