
Paul Graduated in 1968 from West High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. For two years after graduation, Paul spent his time in Southern California where he served as a Mormon Missionary.
From 1970 - 1974 Paul served as a Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force and was Honorably Discharged in 1975.
From 1975 - 1985 Paul worked for various roofing and construction companies during which time he gained considerable knowledge in the roofing and construction fields.
Paul started Zap Roofing in 1984 in Shreveport La. and expanded into the commercial roofing industry. He installed all types of roofing including Buildup, Modified and EPDM. Paul has also specialized in all types of shingle and tile roofing.
In 1993 Paul moved back to Salt Lake City where he worked as a Superintendent for Kimball Roofing. While with Kimball Roofing, Paul became certified to install Versico®, Duro-Last®, Versiweld®, International Diamond®, Flex® and Bitec® roofing systems.
Paul Oyler joined the Monument Family in November of 2005. Since coming to Monument, he has designed and implemented practices and procedures to ensure Quality and Inventory Control, and to meet budget deadlines. Along with his over 26 years of management experience in roofing and construction, Paul has brought his people skills to develop an operations environment that encourages people to put forth their maximum effort.
