Tom Lanza has served as Business Development Director for Monument Constructors, Inc. since October 2005. His responsibilities include identification and development of strategic markets, corporate marketing and advertising, contract administration, and information technology management. From 2000 to 2005, Tom was employed by Smith Barney, Private Client Division, of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. as a Series 7, Registered Securities Representative, where he managed an investment portfolio of approximately $15 million. Before joining Smith Barney, Tom served as the Quality Assurance Manager for Ausimont USA, Inc. at its Orange, Texas fluoropolymer manufacturing plant. Immediately after joining Ausimont USA in 1989, Tom supervised the design, construction, staffing, and start up a 4,100 sq. ft. quality assurance laboratory. He also designed and managed implementation of the facility's Quality Assurance System which received ISO 9002 Certification upon its maiden audit in December 1994. Tom also authored two technical papers, "Implementation of an ISO 9002 and OSHA 1910 Compliant Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System" in 1998 and "Elimination of Contamination in a PTFE Manufacturing Facility - A Designed Experiment" in 1999. From 1975 to 1989, Tom held various positions in Quality Assurance and Occupational Health at Allied Chemical Corporation in Orange, Texas, and Southwest Petrochemicals Corporation in Bakerstown, Pennsylvania.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. He also completed one year of Post-Graduate study at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH.

Tom and his wife Letty have been married for 32 years. They have two adult children.
