A graduate of Lamar University, Victoria was previously associated for 15 years with a prestigious contractor who specializes in commercial flooring and decorative interiors. While there "Vicky" served as Office Administrator and Human Resource Manager; she also took on other responsibilities. Some of these roles included estimating and assisting with flooring as well as the drapery selections for large commercial projects.

As a member of the Associated General Contractors of Southeast Texas, Vicky became acquainted with local architects, thereby enabling her to assist them in various ways. Some of these ways were in writing specifications and selecting appropriate materials for their projects. Later, she helped oversee installations of numerous projects for many commercial applications: such as Lamar University buildings, hospital and doctor offices, and other school districts in the area.

Since 2005, she has been honored to serve as Office Administrator for Monument Constructors, Inc. With Vicky's background experience in construction, she has implemented many innovative ideas to all aspects of Monument. Her former professional experiences have also been an asset to her overseeing the nationwide expansion in the day-to-day operations of Monument.
